Before you start wondering "with a what says this curious? "Should warn you: today we are dealing with horror manga. And, indeed, some of the most creepy, scary you have read. Keep that in mind, because I tell you now: I do not take any responsibility for insomnia, nightmares and delirium tremens general. The stories that follow are for strong nerves, in their majority.
I make this statement between serious and funny, but I must stress that, since I've read a lot of horror literature and lots of comics similar topics, I do not think anything can make me shiver easily. Until I discovered the Junji Ito and, in my turn, I told him to share with you. You can thank me for this friend and collaborator Myrto Tselenti (Mirto, hopefully not inundated with hate-mail, voodoo etc.) And the book of MANGA: FANTASY AND REALITY (SCRAP WORLDS walking) from Capricorn versions. The Junji Ito - or shall Itou, choose and take - is one of the greatest living mangaka, which almost exclusively deals with horror manga. What makes it special? Gia authority, special, incredibly detailed - and creepy - where appropriate, the style of the project, which is situated between realism, Western influences and traditional africa design manga. africa Also, since we talked about his influences, let us mention some: Kazuo Umesu and Hideshi Hino (legendary horror mangakas), the Japanese sci-fi writer Yasutaka Tsutsui and classic, beloved author weird fiction / cosmic horror, HP Lovecraft. africa
