3) Brazilian football is an art of the streets of the ghetto of the country, in favelles started pl

Brazil is the country through Amazon is the main source of oxygen stella and dot on the planet and at the same time, the main source of oxygen football world because of the huge football tradition of the country and because of the current world cup taking place there.
The football << Amazon >> country is the Brazilian ghetto or, favelles, the streets of which grew up and first played ball the greatest football talents in the country. Last year the repression of the Brazilian police in favelles - football ecosystems Rio and beyond, with house demolitions and unrestrained violence and a number of workers deaths and corruption scandals around the newly built football stadiums in the country hosting this year's World Cup caused a wave of mass protests and reactions to hot streets of the South American country. The World Cup became the reason to come to the surface of world affairs the wide disparities in a society that on paper is experiencing economic growth and prosperity.
The howls of protest inevitably touched and walls of Brazilian cities. On May 10, in Sao Paulo such a cry of protest was the famous, now, graffiti silver stella and dot until then 36th Brazilian gkrafita Paulo Ito, representing a miserable crying child in the place of food dish has a soccer ball. We talked with the Brazilian artist for a world cup dribble between the maximum wealth stella and dot and abject poverty, with the art of graffiti doing lunges in contradictory walk round the goddess of Brazil ...
I used to exercise social criticism through my work and so I wanted to do through this graffiti. I wanted to talk about all the scandals dress preparing for this World Cup. I was inspired by a graffiti had made graffiti Goin in your country, in Athens.
Our politicians have not mentioned anything and the country's media have dealt little with graffiti. My newspaper O Globo and a television station asked to speak on the issue but I refused because I do not like the quality of their work.
3) Brazilian football is an art of the streets of the ghetto of the country, in favelles started playing ball star country like Pele. Do you think this is a special link between football and graffiti on ecosystems of Brazilian cities?
No, this is not the case nowadays. Many boys dream of becoming footballers otherwise you may become rich. This is not the art of graffiti. I know only two Brazilian stella and dot graffiti artists who are getting rich from their graffiti. And to do graffiti is an expensive pastime in Brazil. One finds more players, despite graffiti artists - << Pixadores >>, coming from favelles!
4) In the last year there is a massive wave of protests against financial scandals stella and dot and incidents of police violence associated stella and dot with the preparations for the World Cup. How do you comment and in particular the role of your President Dilma Rousseff accused of increased benefits to the poor just before the World Cup, just to appease the spirits ahead of the competition?
Yes there were many problems that had to do with the World Cup taking place in our country. Some just want to make our chairman the scapegoat, but this is a simplistic stella and dot way of thinking. Our political system is in this state it is today for many years. If the opponent of Rousseff, the Aesio, defeat in the upcoming elections nothing will change.
5) Brazil, unlike Greece, is experiencing an economic boom and prosperity, at least on paper and the numbers. And another graffiti in your country said: << The World Cup takes our schools and hospitals to leave us >> balls. What lies behind this economic success of Brazil in favelles of big cities?
These figures show a healthy financial picture for the country, but compared to other developing economies this picture is not as good. I think the Brazilians work in a very emotional way, do not read on economic news and we are accustomed to hear the slogan << Brazil is the country of the future stella and dot >> many years. But the practices of the political system here are changing very slowly.
6) Another graffiti you talking about the wave of sex tourism beats Brazil along with this wave of football and your job is characterized by socio-political messages. Do you think that this time the art of graffiti is an art form with the strongest sociopolitical action worldwide?
The art of the streets is the nature of freedom. It's that simple
